Under-Cator

This versatile strike indicator comes in two popular sizes and can be used by fly fishers or spin casters. It is high riding and easy to see -never needs floatant or drying, adjusts quickly and easily without slipping, and casts beautiful. Unlike others it needs NO tools or torque wrenches to install on leaders or lines from 25lb.-7X. It won’t slip, kink, or damage your line. A user friendly custom thumb screw locks the Under-Cator onto your leader or line securely and easily! This strike indicator/bobber has gone through extensive guide testing and trials on both still waters and rivers for over a year. It is the most innovative and versatile of its kind available.

Fly Fishing Application:

1. For indicator assisted Fly Fish’N rotate thumb screw CCW 3-4 turns to loosen
2. Wrap leader in CW direction 2-3 rotations around the screw shaft between base of Under-Cator and the O-ring
3. Turn the thumb screw CW until it compresses the O-ring firmly onto the base of the Under-Cator (Do not over tighten!)
4. When the Under-Cator goes “unda” the water...Set your hook and have fun!
   Not recommended for use on the thicker diameter sections of a tapered leader

For Spin or Bait Casting Applications:

1. Remove thumb screw by rotating CCW. It floats if you should drop it!
2. Place Under-Cator below water allowing desired amount to fill the cavity. 1/4 to 1/3 is sufficient for most applications. When you are done “catching” remove the thumb screw and drain the water out.
3. Carefully replace the thumb screw so you do not cross the threads (turn it CW to install) leaving a small gape between the base of the Under-Cator and the O-ring
4. Wrap line in CW direction 2-3 rotations around the screw shaft between base of Under-Cator and the O-ring
5. Turn thumb screw CW until it compresses the O-ring firmly onto the base of the Under-Cator (Do not over tighten!)
